Kokedama Workshop
Saturday, August 29 | 12–2pm
Friends and Neighbors Brewing
The Japanese words koke (moss), and dama (ball), describe this ancient gardening tradition of creating living moss balls. Kokedama is inspired by the philosophy of wabi-sabi and its appreciation for the imperfect and ever-changing beauty of nature.
Choose from String of Pearls, String of Turtles, an assortment of Tradescantia, and more. $55 includes your chosen plants, all materials, instruction, a care guide, and one beverage at the brewery. You’ll create one large or two small kokedamas to take home.
